The individual will Lead all strategic planning initiatives to execute worldwide company growth.

• Strategize ways to optimize operations domestically and abroad.
• Organize planning for global supply chain strategy in the US and new locations worldwide.
• Improve procurement production planning and logistics for multiplestep assembly operations.
• Analyze strengths and weaknesses review and improve all company processes and prepare to execute new growth.
• Will launch manufacturing and distribution sites globally and drive lean and operation excellence throughout multiple manufacturing plants

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Finance Business or Engineering
• Machinery and equipment assembly required (810 years)
• Global International Shipping Experience
