Lead the charge in redefining education across multiple cities, and make a lasting impact on the future of learning.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Running concurrent enrollment pipelines across 23 campuses in your assigned region
  • Hosting compelling info sessions and 1:1 conversations that convert curious parents into committed advocates
  • Traveling frequently to campuses and local events to build visibility and forge trust
  • Cultivating partnerships with community organizations and influencers to boost regional awareness
  • Reporting insights on parent sentiment, conversion trends, and local engagement opportunities

  • Relying on scripted sales tactics or transactional outreach
  • Lowering standards or compromising the mission to win over skeptical parents
  • Delegating relationship-building to campus staff or playing a background role
  • Operating from behind a deskthis role is deeply embedded in the community
  • Managing a single enrollment cycle with a linear calendar

Director Of Strategic Parent Engagement Key Responsibilities

Drive regional enrollment growth by cultivating high-trust relationships and strategic outreach, ensuring Alpha's mission resonates with every family.

Basic Requirements

  • Currently reside in one of these regions: Texas: Based near Plano, Fort Worth, or Houston; Florida: Based near Orlando or Tampa; Mid-Atlantic: Based near Raleigh, Charlotte, or Chantilly, VA (outside D.C.)
  • Located within 30 minutes of a major airport or within driving distance of all campuses in your region
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • 5+ years of experience with families in education, outreach, or enrollment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to earn trust and guide sophisticated decision-making
  • Deep belief in Alphas accelerated, high-expectation learning model

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
