Join our dynamic and rapidly growing real estate development company in Downtown Dallas, Texas. We specialize in acquiring raw land for various residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, contributing to creating vibrant and sustainable communities. Candidate MUST have current experience in Land Development from contract to entitlement. We prefer someone who has experience with PID/MUD developments. The candidate will work with, civil engineers, planning, city council, P&Z, and development in each jurisdiction. Candidate should have advanced knowledge of all aspects of the land development process, including activities such as due diligence, obtaining site plans, meeting with jurisdictions, coordinating with both internal team members and external resources, and the ability to present solutions to accomplish company goals in developing the land.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate efforts with sellers, jurisdictions, and city officials.
  • Represent company and clients with professionalism and high emotional intelligence.
  • Manage and coordinate activities involving third-party independent consultants.
  • Track phases within smartsheets.
  • Update the leadership team in 3 weekly meetings.
  • Understand the flow of information between all project team members to help ensure that all critical dates are met.
  • Schedule and attend meetings, issuing agendas and meeting requests.
  • Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams: 3 years (Required)

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, civil engineering, planning, or associated design profession is preferred.
  • Professional PM certification is also preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize and complete/delegate tasks neatly and accurately within a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
