We are looking to add a strategic, innovative, and motivating leader of people to our growing team as our Director of Operations – Property Management & Maintenance serving as the right hand and business partner to the CEO & President, and a key member of the Executive Leadership Team.
As the Director of Operations – Property Management & Maintenance for Reichle Klein, you will be responsible for managing every aspect of the Property Management & Maintenance Division of the company.
Key roles include:
· Strategically identify business needs to drive and support both client experience and profitable growth
· Manage, lead and direct reports
· Maintain Company Culture
· Own the P&L

Qualifications and Requirements.
BA/ BS degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
Excellent problem solving, communication, and team building skills
Minimum of 5 years leading multiple departments
Real estate experience is a plus
