DIRECTOR OF FINANCE

OVERVIEW OF THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE ROLE:

• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure fiscal responsibility and sustainability.
• The Director of Finance will manage day-to-day accounting functions, including payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic financial plans that align with the organization's mission.
• The Director of Finance will ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and audit requirements, maintaining transparency and accountability.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering professional development and high-performance standards.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR DIRECTOR OF FINANCE:

• B.S. degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• CPA a plus
• Management experience
