Location: Sanford, NC (On-Site)
Schedule: Full-Time
Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 + $10,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid quarterly in the first year)

Now Hiring: Director of Emergency Services in Sanford, NC
Our client is seeking an experienced Director of Emergency Services to lead and oversee clinical operations in their Emergency Department. If you are a licensed RN with leadership experience in an emergency setting, this is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Active RN license in North Carolina (or compact state)
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (American Heart Association)
- Minimum of three years of supervisory experience (Manager level or higher) in an Emergency Department within the last five years
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Master’s degree (MSN, MHA, etc.)
- Experience working in a community hospital Emergency Department
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all clinical and procedural functions in the Emergency Department
- Ensure compliance with policies, staffing, and patient safety standards
- Manage department budget, resources, and patient throughput
- Implement quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance measures
- Lead staff development, training, and performance evaluations
About the Emergency Department:
Currently a 14-room facility, undergoing expansion to 20 rooms (expected completion: December 2025).
