Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid - On-site 3 days per week)Job Type: ContractCompensation Range: $55 - 65 per hourWe are seeking a Digital Tag Management Specialist to support the execution, implementation, and governance of digital tagging strategies. This role will play a key part in the migration of the current tagging system, ensuring accurate tracking and data collection for marketing campaigns while maintaining compliance with data privacy standards.Responsibilities:Implement and manage digital tags using Tealium, Google Tag Manager, and Adobe Launch.Support migration efforts for the current tagging system, ensuring a seamless transition.Configure and deploy third-party tracking pixels (e.g., image pixels, gtag pixels).Conduct QA testing and troubleshooting for tags, ensuring data accuracy.Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and technology teams to optimize tracking and reporting.Ensure compliance with data governance and privacy regulations, including the use of OneTrust for classification.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in digital tag management or a related field.Hands-on expertise with Tealium, Adobe, Google Tag Manager, and similar platforms.Experience migrating tagging tools and setting up pixel tags from scratch.Strong understanding of digital ad operations, media tagging, and analytics.Familiarity with OneTrust for data governance and compliance best practices.Ability to QA, troubleshoot, and optimize tracking implementations.This hybrid contract role requires candidates to be local to Chicago and available on-site three days per week.
