The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and increase conversions. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in various digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels to increase online visibility and engagement.
• Conduct keyword research, optimise website content, and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
• Manage Google Ads and other PPC campaigns, analysing performance to optimise ad spend and maximize ROI.
• Create and curate engaging content for our website, blog, and social media platforms to attract and retain customers.
• Monitor and analyse website traffic and user behaviour using analytics tools to inform marketing decisions.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure campaigns are visually appealing and user-friendly.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, including algorithm updates and new tools or technologies.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (e.g., Moz, Ahrefs, SEMrush).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a passion for generating innovative marketing ideas.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in graphic design and familiarity with design software is a plus.
