Salary: $60,000-$70,000

This is a full-time (40 hours per week) position.

This is a hybrid position with the office located in Spring, TX (Houston-metro area).

Job Description:

We are seeking to add a full-time Digital Marketing Specialist to the team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the mission of our company – to equip disciples to know and love God’s Word. This person should be driven, enthusiastic, and excited about collaborating with The Daily Grace Co. team to produce gospel-centered resources.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field
• 1+ years experience in Paid Advertising (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.)
• 1+ years experience in GoogleAds/Google Analytics 
• 1+ years experience with Shopify or equivalent platform preferred
• 1+ years experience with Klayvio or equivalent platform preferred
  

Job Responsibilities:

• Assists the Director of Marketing to create the vision, strategy, and implementation around paid media campaigns
  
• Assists with creating and optimizing paid media campaign across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.)
• Work cross-departmentally to ensure brand cohesion
  
• Analyzing and reporting on insights from weekly sales, email marketing campaigns, paid media campaigns, third-party apps, and organic social media
  
• Researching and recommending new marketing opportunities
• Strategize new methods for improving various KPIs such as click through rate, open rate, ROAS, etc.
• Update Project Management systems to ensure initiatives are on track
• Other duties as assigned

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting salary for this position is $60,000-70,000 based on experience
