Job Description
Our client, a well established iGaming operator, is expanding its international team in Malta and seeking to recruit a Digital Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for the planning, management, optimization, and analysing the performance of media campaigns in specific regions.
Responsibilities:
- Optimize existing campaigns, while also searching for new growth opportunities;
- Set up campaigns in Adserver, together with tracking and other requirements to ensure we can view all data;
- Create design briefs for brand and performance campaigns, together with content for banners;
- Proofread creative work done by the agencies for the markets you are responsible for;
- Evaluate all media efforts regularly and in detail focusing on ROI and targets;
- Report on performance on a weekly basis;
- Build strong internal connections to ensure collaboration between the various departments, especially with other marketing teams, (Affiliates, SEO and PPC) to ensure we obtain the best results from the marketing mix set;
- Be able to change and adapt to market changes fast, and effectively;
- Fulfil department and personal KPIs as delivered by management;
- Report any irregularities in traffic;
- Monitor the agencys marketing spend, ensuring everything is in line with agreed budgets;
- Be available to work evenings and weekends depending on business requirements (when applicable).
Requirements:
- You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a digital marketing management role within the iGaming industry;
- You have a Marketing degree or marketing post-graduate certification;
- You have experience working with digital media buying and digital optimization
- You are fluent in both written and spoken English (knowledge in another language is considered an advantage);
- You have experience in working on both performance marketing campaigns and brand campaigns (TV, Programmatic, Digital TV, PPC, SEO, and Social media);
- You have worked with an Adsever tool and on different creative formats;
- Experience in tags and GTM is not a requirement but will be considered an asset;
- You are a confident communicator with excellent people skills;
- You have superb project management skills;
- You have excellent negotiation skills;
- You have excellent problem-solving skills;
- You are able to work as part of a team and on your own initiative;
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office, especially using Excel.
