Digital Marketing Manager

Bingham Construction, Southern California’s premier commercial construction company, is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to enhance the execution of our marketing and business development plan through increasing brand awareness across digital channels including social media and website.

The ideal candidate for this position has extensive experience creating content and updating company pages on the following Social Medial platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, You Tube and TikTok. In addition, candidate should also have experience in creating digital graphics such as brochures, flyers, and other marking collateral utilizing Adobe Creative Suite design software.

Additionally, desirable skills and experience include:

• A 4-year degree in marketing, business administration, or similar field.
• 2-5 years’ experience in marketing, business development and/or sales lead generation in the commercial real estate industry.
• Fluent with Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook.
• Fluent with graphic, photographic and/or video editing software or apps such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, In Design, Illustrator, Premiere).
• Experience updating websites using Wordpress.
• Understanding of Google analytics or similar internet search statistical applications.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.

The roles and responsibilities of this position include:

• Work with company management to create content relevant to company marketing objectives and suitable for posting.
• Research, connect and engage with potential and current customers through social media.
• Develop and implement a weekly plan for content creation and posting.
• Work with senior management to develop content for website.
• Update website in conjunction with social media posting.
• Increase company revenue through sales and lead generation.
• Create and update client lead database using Microsoft Outlook software.
• Engage potential clients with social media to establish initial meeting with company management.
• Gain feedback and follow up with current clients for future job opportunities.
• Attend industry-related networking events.
• Assist in the design and procurement of company branded apparel and accessories.
• Coordinate business development and marketing meetings and events.

Bingham Construction provides an excellent compensation package including:

· Salary range: $70,000 to $80,000 .

· Paid vacation and sick leave accruing from employee’s start date.

· Employer paid premiums for health and dental insurance.

· 401k after first 90 days. Employer match on 401k contributions after 1st year of employment.

· Company provided laptop or desktop computer with software licenses required for this position.

· Company provided cell phone for social media and other remote applications.

· This position is stationed at our office in Rancho Bernardo. Some remote work may be allowed depending upon schedule of out-of-office projects or meetings.
