We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Campaign Consultant to join our team and lead the execution and optimization of digital marketing strategies, with a strong focus on email marketing. This role is pivotal in driving performance across campaigns aligned with our business lines and enterprise initiatives. You’ll work cross-functionally to deliver impactful campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, leveraging data and technology to achieve measurable outcomes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Design, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Build and deploy personalized email campaigns using AMPscript and dynamic content Monitor and analyze campaign performance to improve engagement and ROI Develop data extensions, segmentation strategies, and audience targeting logic using SQL or data filters Configure, troubleshoot, test, and QA Marketing Cloud Journeys Create reusable journey templates and automation workflows to streamline execution Translate campaign data into actionable insights and recommendations What We’re Looking For A strategic thinker with strong technical skills in marketing automation A data-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Someone who can translate business goals into effective digital campaigns Qualifications 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (required) Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing Experience with SQL, Adobe AEM, and Adobe Workfront (preferred) Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certifications (Email Specialist or Consultant) recommended Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred) High School Diploma required, or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. This selected candidate will be expected to work hybrid in Indianapolis, IN. The candidate will also be expected to physically return to the office in CA, IN or ME as business needs dictate or for team-building and collaboration.
