Job Details

As a Development Manager you will play a key role in overseeing and managing the planning, entitlement, design, and execution of real estate development projects. From concept through construction and delivery, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all aspects of the development process, from land acquisition through project completion.
Oversee the entitlement process for properties
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
Oversee project budgets, schedules, and timelines, ensuring that all milestones are met.
Manage and build strong relationships with stakeholders, including local government officials, community leaders, investors, and tenants.
Conduct feasibility studies and financial analysis to support project decisions.
Identify and mitigate risks to project timelines and budgets.
Ensure compliance with all zoning, environmental, and legal requirements.
Prepare and deliver regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Lead cross-functional teams and maintain strong communication across departments.
