Crystal Ballroom, Rock Hill is in need of a team player to bring ideas and themes to life.

You will be able to fine tune your skills working alongside fellow designers with the ability to branch out and bring attention to your own designs.

A great attitude, a love of flowers, ability to multitask, customer service skills ,an understanding of event design work and the mechanics of floral design is a must.

Duties & Responsibilities

Duties will include but are not limited to

• Design and create custom floral arrangements
• Decor set up for events.
• Arrange silk flowers for display at the venue
• Must be able to manage inventory of silk flowers for multiple weddings throughout each weekend.
• Clean and organize all workstations and tables.
• Complete other assignments as requested.

Job Specifications/qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Flexible work schedule
• Two years experience in fresh and silk floral design is preferred but not required. (Training will be provided)
• Be able to lift 30-45 pounds
• Customer service
• Computer skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment.
• Good verbal communication and listening skills.
• Forms strong working relationships within a team.
• Identifies additional tasks to be completed and willingly to assist others.
• Follow directions.
