Office Manager Wanted – Join Our Family-Oriented Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics Practice!

Are you a highly organized, compassionate, and customer-focused individual looking to make a difference in a family-oriented dental practice? We are a private, family-owned pediatric dentistry and orthodontics office, and we are seeking an experienced Office Manager to help us provide exceptional care to our young patients and their families.

About Us: We specialize in pediatric dentistry and orthodontics, offering a welcoming, fun, and safe environment for children and teens. As a privately owned practice, we pride ourselves on providing personalized care with a family-first approach, both for our patients and our team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Oversee patient scheduling, billing, insurance verification, and follow-up.
  • Lead and support a dedicated team of dental professionals, fostering a positive, family-friendly workplace.
  • Ensure the office complies with all safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for patient inquiries, addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Maintain office supplies, inventory, and handle administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in dental office management, preferably in a pediatric or orthodontic setting.
  • Strong knowledge of dental billing, insurance processes, and patient management systems.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm, positive attitude.
  • A passion for working with children and families, ensuring they feel comfortable and well cared for.
  • Proficiency with dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft) is a plus.
