Title: Data Entry Specialist

Location: La Grange, IL

Duration and hire type: Contract to Hire

Overview: Sterling Engineering / Staffing is currently looking for a Data Entry Specialist for one of our clients in the La Grange, IL area. Sterling has a rich history of delivering top talent to our clients. We are a nationwide Staffing Firm with over 100 clients and works primarily with Fortune 1000 corporations.

Hourly Rate: $20/hr

Job Description:

To support the Preventative Maintenance Project.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support a project across identified buildings on the La Grange campus and create a preventative maintenance inventory list for each building by entering a set of identified tasks into Maintenance 5000
• Create tasks for each piece of equipment on a recurring schedule

Education and Training:

• High school diploma or GED

Qualifications and Experience:

• One year’s experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or commercial environment
• Required one year + minimum experience using Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software, preferably Maintenance 5000
• 1 year + SAP experience
• Ability to generate basic Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations
• Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail
• Excellent Organizational skills
