The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for inputting, updating, and managing data across various systems, ensuring that all information is both accurate and timely.
Key Responsibilities:

• Inputting data accurately into relevant computer systems and databases.
• Maintaining and organizing files, documents, and other important records.
• Reviewing and verifying data for accuracy and completeness.
• Updating existing data and correcting any discrepancies found.
• Assisting in preparing periodic reports on the data inputted and processed.
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure data quality and integrity.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong typing skills with a high degree of accuracy.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot errors in data.
• Experience with data entry software or tools is preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
