Position Overview:

We are hiring independent Customer Service Representatives to support clients in various industries, including retail, travel, utilities, and healthcare. In this role, you’ll assist customers by phone, chat, or email—resolving issues, answering questions, and providing excellent service. You will choose your schedule, projects, and workload, making this a great opportunity for self-starters seeking work-from-home flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and empathetic support to customers via phone, chat, or email
• Follow client-specific procedures and use tools provided to resolve inquiries
• Maintain a quiet, distraction-free work environment during scheduled hours
• Attend and complete any required training or certification for selected projects
• Communicate effectively and escalate issues when needed
• Adhere to performance metrics and client guidelines

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service, call center, or remote support experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Must reside in the U.S. and be legally eligible to work
• Computer with Windows 10 or 11, reliable internet, USB headset, and a quiet workspace
• Must be comfortable completing unpaid client certification programs (typically 2–4 weeks)
