What you will be doing

• Designing and leading workshops that inspire students and make learning exciting and engaging.
• Conducting daily motivation sessions to empower students to set and achieve ambitious goals.
• Using innovative strategies and proven methods to ensure students meet their academic and personal objectives.
• Creating personalized motivational strategies to inspire self-driven excellence in students.

What you will NOT be doing

• Traditional teaching methods such as lectures and rote memorization are not part of this role.
• Disciplinary actions; instead, fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.

Candidate Requirements

• Willingness to work in person in Brownsville, TX. Relocation assistance is available.
• Bachelor's degree in any subject.
• Experience employing a growth mindset to achieve a high level of performance
• High level of energy and a desire to boost others up.
• A desire to connect, inspire, and motivate K-8th grade students.
• Legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
