As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life of our clients by offering personal care, companionship, and help with daily activities. Benefits: 401(k) Bonus based on performance Flexible schedule Free uniforms Opportunity for advancement Training & development Schedule: Sunday and Monday 9am - 5 pm Tuesday - Thursday and Friday 8:30 - 4:30 pm Transportation: It is necessary to transport the client to their appointments (a car is required). Responsibilities: Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, personal grooming, dressing, and using the bathroom. Prepare and cook meals for the client. Observe and report changes in the client's condition or behavior to the corresponding health professionals. Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment. Assist clients with mobility and physical activities as needed. Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations in all aspects of care. Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia or developmental disabilities when necessary. Requirements: Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field is preferred but not required. CPR certification is highly desirable. Knowledge of dementia care techniques and patient observation skills are beneficial. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is an advantage. Ability to prepare nutritious meals considering dietary restrictions. Strong communication skills and ability to generate trust with clients. Compassionate nature and a genuine desire to help others.
