Crew Member - Landscape Maintenance Division

PureGreen is seeking a motivated and dependable Crew Member to join our team in providing exceptional commercial landscape maintenance services. The ideal candidate will have experience working outdoors, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Crew Foreman with day-to-day landscape maintenance operations, including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, and weeding.
• Operate various tools and equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and power tools.
• Follow established safety procedures and practices at all times.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials, equipment, and tools onto vehicles.
• Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of equipment and tools.
• Communicate effectively with the Crew Foreman and other team members to ensure that work is completed efficiently and effectively.
• Be responsive to customer needs and requests and represent PureGreen in a professional manner at all times.
• Participate in training sessions and ongoing professional development to improve knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in commercial landscaping or a similar field.
• Ability to operate various tools and equipment and perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions from the Crew Foreman.
• Strong work ethic and dependability.
• Positive attitude and customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from the shop.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, Monday through Friday and Saturday as needed.

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to perform physical labor, including bending, kneeling, and reaching.
• Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
