The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio showcasing experience in branding, digital marketing, and multimedia design. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to create visually compelling content that aligns with Gestures brand identity and supports our mission of bridging gaps in relationships between brands and consumers.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate visually engaging graphics for digital marketing campaigns, including social media content, email marketing assets, and display ads.Develop creative assets for the Gesture platform, such as user interface graphics, app store screenshots, and web banners.Design print materials for tangible marketing solutions, including product packaging, promotional collateral, and event materials.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver on design needs that enhance the user experience.Maintain and evolve the Gesture brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all creative outputs.Produce wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new digital product features or updates.Support video and motion graphic projects as needed for content across multiple platforms.Stay up-to-date with design trends and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and improve creative output.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in-house or at an agency.Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital and print design.Experience in UI/UX design and familiarity with prototyping tools such as Figma or Sketch is a plus.Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and web design is a plus.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to stakeholders.Personal AttributesCreative Problem Solver: Can quickly adapt design approaches to meet varying project needs.Collaborative Team Player: Open to feedback and excited to work in a cross-functional environment.Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.Proactive and Self-Motivated: Comfortable taking ownership of projects and driving initiatives forwardBenefits:Compensation: Competitive salary, equity package and performance-based bonuses.Stock Options.Unlimited PTO and more Health & Wellness Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance. The pay range for this role is in addition to commissions and bonuses. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
