Corporate Cash Management Specialist

Job Description:

The Corporate Cash Management Specialist is responsible for overseeing the company’s daily cash position and ensuring adequate liquidity. The role involves cash forecasting, monitoring cash flows, and ensuring timely payments to support business operations. This position also involves working closely with company owners to manage cash transfers and ensure all payments are made efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cash Flow Management: Monitor daily cash balances and ensure sufficient liquidity for business needs.
• Cash Forecasting: Prepare and update short-term cash flow forecasts to support financial planning.
• Payments and Transfers: Oversee and execute routine cash transfers, payments, and disbursements.
• Bank Reconciliation: Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy of financial records.
• Reporting: Provide regular cash management reports to Controller and Senior Management highlighting cash positions, forecasts, and any concerns.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other finance team members to ensure smooth and accurate financial operations.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: Some experience in cash management, treasury, or finance roles is preferred, but not required.

Skills:

• Basic understanding of cash management and banking operations.
• Familiarity with Excel or other financial software/tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
