Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial ground-up projects in the San Antonio area . As a Superintendent, you’ll oversee day-to-day on-site construction activities, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure that work is performed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
• Manage daily on-site operations for ground-up commercial construction projects
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff
• Maintain project schedule and ensure timely completion of milestones
• Enforce job site safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance
• Conduct daily jobsite meetings and maintain detailed project logs
• Ensure all work complies with drawings, specs, and quality expectations
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Proactively resolve issues in the field to minimize delays
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up commercial projects
• Strong background in industrial, retail, or other commercial sectors
• In-depth knowledge of construction means, methods, scheduling, and safety practices
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid)
• OSHA 30 Certification required
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management a plus)
