Job Description
Well-established general contractor is searching for a Senior Project Manager who has experience on federal construction projects on military/federal installations.
They are growing. They realize that to maintain this growth they need a highly qualified Senior Project Manager to help them manage and continue their growth.
This position will oversee multiple construction projects on two military bases in Texas. Additional opportunities are available in Louisiana.
Qualification requirements:
· At a minimum, the last 5-10 years you must have held the position as Senior Project Manager overseeing multiple (10+) construction projects on federal installations.
· Experienced in in contracts such JOC, IDIQ, SABER, MATOC or other Task Order contracts with Department of Defense clients such as USACE, NAVFAC, Airforce or other federal agencies. Typical projects range up to $1M.
· The selected candidate should also have solid estimating experience utilizing software such as e4clicks and/or RS Means.
· A 4-year engineering &/or construction related degree is preferred.
Compensation: $120,000 - $135,000/year depending on experience.
