Construction Project Manager (Concrete Highway/Roads/Bridges) Location: near Dallas, TX Salary: $110,000-$130,000 + Discretionary Bonus Program + Benefits Benefits: Health Ins., 401k, PTO, Holidays Job Type: Full-Time In-Office Typical Hours: Primarily Monday-Friday, some flexibility required based on project needs Sponsorship is not available Construction Project Manager (Concrete Highway/Roads/Bridges) Description Our client, in highway construction, is looking for a Project Manager to add to their team near Dallas, TX. You will work closely with leadership to oversee the planning, coordination, and management of all project activities to ensure that all projects are completed in accordance with design, budget, schedule, and contractual requirements. Our client is looking for someone with a strong foundation in commercial construction project management who understands how operations and project management activities need to flow to successfully deliver projects on time, within budget and in accordance to specified standards; experience with concrete road, highway, and/or bridge deck rehab/repair/rebuild construction projects is preferred, but not required. Construction Project Manager (Concrete Highway/Roads/Bridges) Responsibilities Manage diverse projects of varying sizes and complexities
Handle contracts, subcontracts, change orders, and related project documents
Attend pre-construction meetings, and assist in project setup, maintenance, and closeout
Assemble monthly pay requisitions and subcontractor pay estimates
Process and track project RFIs
Assist with monthly project schedule updates
Process subcontractor and owner change orders
Transmit and track project submittals
Obtain drawings, warranties, materials, and paperwork for project closeout
Support projects with procurement, scheduling, close-outs and overall effective communication
Assist other departments with requested documentation or information
Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned
Construction Project Manager (Concrete Highway/Roads/Bridges) Qualifications 10+ years of commercial construction experience required
2+ years of project management in commercial construction experience required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Project Management software (Primavera P6) required
Valid driver's license required
