Your new role

As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion.

Your responsibilities will include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining clear communication with clients and stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager
• Experience in Interiors, Healthcare, Laboratories or SCIF work is preferred.
• Ability to assist with estimating
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to manage 3–7 projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of Procure
• Ability to travel 1–2 times a month on occasion
