Position: Concierge


Location: Atlanta, GA


Pay: $20/hour


Experience: Previous customer service or related experience


Type: Full-time; Temp to hire!


Schedule: Rotating Shifts, 7am - 3 pm, 3pm -11pm, or 11pm-7am


HH Staffing is seeking a Concierge to join a growing and dynamic team!


Job Description:

• Greet and assist guests in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Confirm guest reservations.
• Process payments efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
• Stay informed about company-specific assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Familiarity with Yardi software.
• Excellent customer service skills with strong attention to detail.
• Provide coverage in the event of staff absences.
• Uphold high ethical standards and professionalism.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
