About the Role:

We’re hiring a Compliance Specialist to support a nursing education program with clinical compliance tracking and student onboarding. In this temporary role, you’ll ensure students meet all clinical requirements—like immunizations, training, and certifications—before starting their program.

These positions offer the initial benefits of weekly and electronic pay and accrued sick leave and retirement savings but can go internal to offer a wide range of benefits to include, but are not limited to holiday & vacation pay, health/dental/vision insurance, retirement savings, and much more!

 

Pay Range: $25.66/hr - $29.00/hr DOE

Shift Hours: In-Person, 8am – 5pm Mon- Fri

 

What You’ll Do:

✅ Track and monitor student compliance via systems like American DataBank (ADB) and internal databases
✅ Communicate compliance deadlines and requirements to students, staff, and faculty
✅ Manage immunization records, background checks, drug screenings, HIPAA/OSHA training, and related documentation
✅ Support students requesting exemptions or assistance with compliance issues
✅ Conduct regular audits and follow up on non-compliance
✅ Collaborate with leadership to update policies and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum Requirements:

• 4+ years in program coordination, administration, compliance, or a related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience in healthcare or academic settings
• Familiarity with clinical student compliance systems
• Knowledge of FERPA, HIPAA, and other regulatory standards

Skills & Competencies:

• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in compliance databases or student systems
• Commitment to equity, inclusion, and student support
