About the Role:
We’re hiring a Compliance Specialist to support a nursing education program with clinical compliance tracking and student onboarding. In this temporary role, you’ll ensure students meet all clinical requirements—like immunizations, training, and certifications—before starting their program.

Pay Range: $25.66/hr - $29.00/hr DOE
Shift Hours: In-Person, 8am – 5pm Mon- Fri
What You’ll Do:
✅ Track and monitor student compliance via systems like American DataBank (ADB) and internal databases
✅ Communicate compliance deadlines and requirements to students, staff, and faculty
✅ Manage immunization records, background checks, drug screenings, HIPAA/OSHA training, and related documentation
✅ Support students requesting exemptions or assistance with compliance issues
✅ Conduct regular audits and follow up on non-compliance
✅ Collaborate with leadership to update policies and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date
