We’re looking for a Community Outreach/Admissions Coordinator to join our team!

As a Community Outreach/Admission Coordinator, you’ll coordinate services to help the people we serve keep, learn, or improve important daily living skills. Your responsibilities will include serving the main contact for all referrals, partnering with organizations and teams to meet with potential families seeking services and develop systems and procedures to monitor progress with growth.

What YOU’LL do:

• Oversee the admission process confirming requirements are met.
• Coordinating service planning is in place following the admission.
• Partnering with organizations, groups and case managers to create awareness of services at Mosaic
• Develop new policies, procedures and methodologies to monitor growth and referrals.

SCHEDULE: Days, Salaried,  with some evenings and weekends based on community outreach

What YOU’LL Need:

• Strong problem solving and critical thinking capability
• Deep knowledge of services for individuals with developmental disabilities
• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Special Education or related field
• Two years’ experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
