American Western Steel manufacturers B-deck panels and bar joists for tilt-wall construction, as well as provides installation for commercial roofing projects.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site and in the field role primarily in Houston, TX ; however, some out of town travel will be required for a Commercial Roofing Sales professional. The individual will be responsible for generating leads, creating and presenting project proposals, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include inspecting roofs, providing estimates, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the construction and project management teams to ensure timely project completion.
The ideal client will be someone that is able to get potential clients and customers to purchase our materials, such as our on-site standing seam production, or our b-deck panels. Any new roofs that American Western Steel can install as well.
