Opportunity - You will be working for a leading commercial roofing contractor. As the latest phase in their
- expansion plans, they will soon be opening a new branch in Kansas City, so you will initially
- work from home until the new branch is open.
- To start with, you will bid on new construction roofing jobs and, as the branch grows, this will
- develop into a mixture of reroofing and new construction work.

Key Requirements - You will need to have at least 3 commercial roofing estimating experience
- Strong technical knowledge of low-slope roof systems
- The ability to produce estimates from plans and specifications
- Experience using the Edge estimating software preferred, although training will be
provided if required - You will need to live in (or be prepared to relocate to) Kansas City, as the role will be
office based as soon as the new branch is operational.
