Job Details We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Commercial Litigation Associate to join our litigation team.
This role is ideal for an attorney with a solid foundation in commercial litigation who is eager to take on challenging cases and contribute meaningfully to the firm’s success.
The selected candidate will manage cases from start to finish, including trial work, with a focus on delivering superior legal representation to our clients.
- Litigation Management: Handle the full spectrum of commercial litigation activities, from initial case assessment and strategy development to trial and post-trial motions.
- Legal Documentation: Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents with precision and clarity.
- Client Representation: Advocate for clients in court, depositions, mediations, and arbitration hearings, ensuring their interests are vigorously defended.
- Collaboration: Work closely with partners and senior attorneys on complex litigation matters, while also contributing to the broader firm initiatives.
- Client Communication: Maintain strong, transparent communication with clients, keeping them informed and involved throughout the litigation process.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth legal research to support case strategies and stay informed on evolving laws and precedents.
