We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial HVAC Project Manager to join our team in San Antonio, TX. In this role, you will oversee HVAC projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all work is executed efficiently and to the highest standards. • Lead and manage HVAC projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members to establish project goals and timelines.
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress and address any issues that arise.
• Prepare and present project proposals, including cost estimates and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial HVAC project management.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, and maintenance practices.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed.

Salary info:

$48.08 - $62.50 / hr
