Job Title: Day Porter - Commercial Cleaning Services
Location: Roanoke
Job Type: Part-Time
Salary: $15 - $17.50 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Day Porter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety in our commercial facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting of floors, windows, and furniture.
• Sanitize high-traffic touch areas such as light switches, door handles, and elevator buttons.
• Clean and maintain restrooms, kitchens, conference rooms, and common areas.
• Restock supplies in restrooms and break rooms as needed.
• Monitor entryways and ensure cleanliness during business hours.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks.
