Commercial Business Development Manager

Brown's Roofing is expanding its commercial footprint across Louisiana and is looking for a motivated, forward?thinking Business Development Manager to lead growth in the Baton Rouge market.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will develop new business opportunities and expand Brown's Roofing's presence in the South LA area.

You Will Be:

• Developing new business opportunities and expanding Brown's Roofing's presence in the South LA area
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with commercial property owners, managers, and contractors
• Serving as the main point of contact for key clients and ensuring their satisfaction
• Identifying and nurturing long?term partnerships to drive sustainable growth
• Managing the full business development cycle from outreach to deal close
• Collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless project execution and client communication
• Representing Brown's Roofing at networking events, trade shows, and community engagements
