Commercial Relationship Manager III / Commercial Banking Manager III

Location: Buffalo (Western NY Market) and Pittsburgh, PA- Hybrid Model

Job Summary: The Commercial Relationship Manager III / Commercial Banking Manager III serves as a trusted business advisor, providing comprehensive banking solutions to meet clients' financial needs. This role involves managing larger customer and credit relationships, significant loan production, and high-level customer engagement. The manager will establish a network of referral sources and Centers of Influence to generate new business opportunities while ensuring exceptional client experiences and managing risk and credit quality.

Essential Functions:

• Develop and expand commercial banking relationships, actively prospecting and bringing in new clients.
• Manage a commercial loan portfolio, making loan presentations and recommendations, and partnering with credit and portfolio management for reviews and renewals.
• Engage with product partners for cross-selling opportunities and achieve budget goals.
• Analyze financial statements to assess risk and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Participate in community and professional networking events, developing meaningful “Centers of Influence” relationships.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Marketing preferred.
• 6 - 8 years of account relationship management experience.
• Extensive experience in commercial banking or a related field.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, analytical, and decision-making skills.
