Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, full-time Mon-Fri Front Desk/Sales Assistant for our Saint Peters location! This location and position is Signature Kitchen & Bath co-branded with California Closets. The ideal applicant will have a flair for design, be eager to learn our products/processes, and have customer service experience. Primary responsibilities will include:

• Answer & direct incoming phone calls
• Greet visitors and assist accordingly
• Manage appointment calendar and convert incoming leads for our designers
• Assist Designers with change orders and quoting
• Multitasking and prioritizing
• General showroom maintenance

In many cases, this position will be the first contact with our clients. The ideal candidate must:

• Be punctual and reliable
• Present themselves in a professional manner
• Possess exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
• Be extremely well organized and pay attention to detail
• Have working knowledge of computers (including internet, Microsoft Word & Excel) and the ability to learn our own CRM system
