CNC Operator : Clinton , WI
Our customer in Clinton, Wisconsin is 100% employee-owned manufacturing facility. They are seeking a motivated person for a fulltime CNC Operator position to join their team and help grow their manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities of the CNC Operator :

• Plan/verify operation to be performed and material to be used.
• Set up all tooling with appropriate stops, clamps, and fixtures.
• Set up and operate CNC, lathe &/or vertical machine tools to make parts per engineering specifications.
• Load material into machine utilizing overhead crane
• Monitor run to ensure parts are being produced to specification.
• Use measuring devices and blueprints/engineering drawings to inspect parts for tolerance.
• Visually inspect the surface for appearance and non-conformities which may require repair.
• Complete the required documentation and reports at the completion of the job.
• Deburr parts when necessary
• Ability to run more than one machine maintaining run times as required

CNC Operator Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Basic math and Blueprint reading
• Prior machining experience
• Basic computer skills
• Valid Driver’s License

Pay for CNC Operator : Starting at $17.00 - $19.00/hour based on experience.
