Salary Range: $83,200.00 - $93,184.00

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments, and document care in accordance with company policies and regulations.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify patients' conditions.
- Assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to the care provided.
- Utilize sound nursing judgment in patient care management decisions.
- Provide primary and emergency care for patients with various injuries and illnesses.
- Administer over-the-counter and prescription medications as ordered.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to develop individualized care plans for all patients.
- Direct and mentor auxiliary staff while maintaining professional nursing standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program leading to a Diploma, Associate Degree, or Baccalaureate Degree.
- Current NYS Registered Nurse license required.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is mandatory.
- 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Medical-Surgical or Progressive Care settings is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills are essential.
- Proficient in quality improvement concepts, principles, and problem-solving techniques.
