Clinical Director BCBA (Hybrid/Remote) - South Carolina
Job Type: Full-time (20 hours/week direct hours + 20 hours/week supervising/training BCBAs)
Overview
We are seeking a Clinical Director to lead ABA services in South Carolina. This hybrid role combines leadership, BCBA supervision, and direct clinical work. Candidates must be local to SC.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead clinical operations and oversee ABA programs in SC.
Supervise and mentor BCBAs (20 hours/week).
Provide 20 hours/week of direct ABA services.
Develop, review, and oversee individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
Conduct parent and staff trainings.
Ensure program quality, compliance, and ethical standards are upheld.
Qualifications:
Current and active BCBA certification.
Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
Prior experience supervising BCBAs and leading teams.
Strong ABA knowledge, particularly with ASD populations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Must reside in South Carolina.
