What You'll Do

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and contractors.

Act as a consultant by identifying opportunities for additional solutions and services.

Provide best practices, recommendations, and efficiency tips to improve virtual engagements.

Facilitate communication between clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Proactively identify areas for improvement and suggest strategies to enhance client experience.

Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients.

Manage contract changes and terminations with professionalism and care.

Utilize a cloud-based CRM to track and manage client interactions.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Proven ability to build strong client relationships and provide exceptional service.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels, including executives.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Comfortable working remotely with video and phone calls as primary communication methods.

Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools and other cloud-based platforms.

Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced, virtual work environment.
