Fully Promoted is a locally-owned branded merchandise agency and a member of a global franchise organization. Our Mandeville, Louisiana office has served clients since 2002. Our location is a top 10 national performer and has received numerous local and national awards. We serve businesses, non-profits and other organizations that have recurring needs for branded apparel, promotional products, webstores, and related services for use in clients' marketing and human resources initiatives.

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Client Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing corporate clients, ensuring their branded merchandise needs are met while driving sales growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to client development, and the ability to leverage the significant marketing, lead generation, and client support tools we offer.

Duties

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
  • Conduct outbound and warm calling to engage potential clients and identify their needs.
  • Develop and sell branded merchandise and supporting services that align with client objectives and budgets.
  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and order management teams to develop strategies for client growth and retention.
  • Attend industry trade shows, networking events, and conferences to represent the company and generate leads.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services or products based on client requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing product benefits and solutions tailored to their needs.

Requirements

  • Strong desire to be a key contributor to a winning team.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within the promotional products, advertising, or marketing industries.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage C-level decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience managing the new account sales cycle and maintaining exisiting client relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
