Job Description
CLEANING & SET-UP TECHNICIAN Full time and part time positions available for qualified individuals seeking employment to learn and perform operational duties for a San Antonio based company in the corporate housing business since 2009. This position requires heavy commitment to cleaning and manual labor but also handling customer service and vendor relations. Position has potential to grow as the company expands.
Hourly equivalent of $15-$19 plus benefits. Contractor pay an alternative.
Responsibilities Primary responsibility for all move-ins and move-outs for clients to include:
Setting up new apartments in accordance with strict quality control procedures including all linens, kitchen supplies and coordination of furniture deliveries, etc.;
Packing and transporting all household materials required for moves;
Assuring cleanliness for all move-ins to assure customer satisfaction;
Updating inventory and using checklists to document the current status of each move;
Cleaning reusable inventory items before storing which includes laundering and folding linens and washing dishes and small appliances;
Personal Qualities and Traits Organized and detail oriented;
Dependable and conscientious;
Excellent customer service skills;
Good communication skills in written and verbal English;
Problem solving skills.
Additional Qualifications Reliable transportation
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
Able to pass background check/drug test
Able to move 70 pound containers
Able to travel within San Antonio metropolitan area
Able to adhere to set and variable work schedules, including weekends when necessary
Education & Experience High school or equivalent
Cleaning experience preferred
