Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic, highperforming Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Consultant to lead and elevate our marketing function on a parttime basis. This role is ideal for an experienced marketing leader who thrives in a fastpaced, entrepreneurial environment and is passionate about building worldclass marketing engines for growing franchise brands.

You will guide our marketing team, shape brand strategy, and drive demandgeneration initiatives to support both franchise growth and student enrolments across the network. This is a consultancybased role with flexible hours, reporting directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and refine the companywide marketing strategy aligned with growth objectives.
    • Advise the executive team on branding, positioning, and market opportunities.
    • Oversee marketing calendar, launch campaigns, and performance planning.
  • Team Leadership & Management
    • Lead and mentor a team of marketing assistants focused on content, social media, and CRM campaigns.
    • Implement accountability, productivity systems, and creative workflows.
    • Run weekly marketing standups and reporting meetings.
  • Growth & Demand Generation
    • Design and optimise funnels for franchise recruitment and student acquisition.
    • Oversee paid ads strategy (Meta, Google, TikTok), email marketing, content strategy, and partnerships.
    • Ensure landing pages, websites, and conversion systems are optimised.
  • Brand & Creative Direction
    • Maintain and evolve brand tone, creative direction, and campaign quality.
    • Review and approve key marketing content.
    • Support the growth of videobased personal branding and PR opportunities.
  • Data & Reporting
    • Monitor dashboards and KPIs across CAC, CPL, LTV, engagement, and funnel performance.
    • Implement tracking systems and attribution reporting.

Type & Structure

  • Contractor and retainer model (8 hours per week)
  • Remote work with flexibility
  • Available for weekly leadership checkins, team calls, and performance reporting

Compensation

  • $60$150 per hour (depending on experience)
  • Retainer structure aligned to weekly hours

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a senior marketing leader or CMO (preferably in franchising, education, or multisite brands)
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing funnels, paid ads, content marketing, and brand building
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and scale marketing teams
  • Analytical and datadriven with strong performance marketing understanding
  • Highly organised, proactive, and executionfocused
  • Strong communication and creative direction skills
