About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for its corporate-wide information technology. The CIO will be responsible for enabling growth, operational efficiency, and digital customer engagement across diverse business units with unique IT structures. This pivotal role involves leading a shared services model for infrastructure, security operations, and application platforms, as well as sponsoring large enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will also be tasked with managing technology personnel, aligning technical services for transformations, and ensuring technology governance across the organization. Candidates for the CIO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 20 years of progressive IT leadership experience. The role requires executive leadership experience in a large organization, a proven track record in enterprise architecture, data governance, system integration, and cloud-based ERP, with a preference for Oracle. Strong experience in e-commerce platforms, customer-facing applications, and enterprise integration environments is essential. The CIO will also be responsible for IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise procurement, and must possess exceptional leadership, communication, and vendor negotiation skills. The ability to balance a hybrid environment within a decentralized business unit structure and a willingness to travel internationally are also key qualifications for this role.
