About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to spearhead the development and execution of its enterprise IT strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that technology investments are in line with business goals across various functions, including portfolio management, trading, risk, compliance, distribution, and client service. This role involves overseeing a wide range of IT areas, from application development and infrastructure to enterprise data platforms, DevOps, architecture, and support functions. The CIO will also lead the modernization of core asset management platforms, drive the adoption of cloud technologies, and partner with different teams to deliver data-driven solutions that enhance decision-making and client experience. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years of progressive IT leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or executive technology role within asset management, investment management, hedge funds, or capital markets. A proven track record in managing complex IT environments and modernizing legacy systems in regulated, data-intensive industries is essential. The role requires a deep understanding of asset management operations, strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, and experience with data architecture and analytics platforms. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced technical degree preferred. The CIO will also be expected to transform IT delivery models through Agile and DevOps practices, ensure operational excellence, and build a high-performing IT organization.
