About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to define and implement a technology vision that aligns with the company's growth objectives. The CIO will be responsible for modernizing legacy systems, enhancing cybersecurity, and delivering digital solutions to improve customer experience and operational efficiency. This role involves leading a multi-year technology roadmap, driving the replacement of legacy platforms with modern cloud solutions, and ensuring the company's digital commerce and customer experience initiatives are data-driven and personalized. The successful candidate will also be tasked with establishing a robust data architecture, and analytics program, and a strong IT operations framework to support the business. Candidates for the CIO position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' of progressive IT leadership experience, with a proven track record in delivering complex ERP or cloud migration programs and scaling digital commerce initiatives. Deep knowledge of cloud platforms, API ecosystems, data architecture, and cybersecurity frameworks is essential. The role requires a strategic thinker, a change agent, and a servant leader with a customer-centric mindset. The CIO will be expected to have strong financial acumen, the ability to translate technology investments into business outcomes, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred. The ideal candidate will be a skilled negotiator and influencer, capable of managing vendor relationships and driving total cost of ownership reductions.
