The Chief Compliance Officer facilities PMMA's Compliance and Ethics Program ("C&E Program") by assuming all managerial and administrative tasks involved in the program's development, implementation, monitoring, and improvement. Works closely with the Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") and the Corporate Compliance Council, the Corporate Compliance Committee, and the Community/Agency Committees. Engages in regulatory interpretations, facilitates investigations regards state complaints and drafts plans of corrections. Advances the value that the resident comes first. Values the Community as the residents' home and works to create attributes of home and models person-centered care.

Education, Experience and/or Training:
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience as a Chief Compliance Office or in a similar field is strongly preferred.
  • Compliance certification preferred.
  • Previous experience working in senior living industry preferred.
  • Clinical knowledge preferred.
