We are currently seeking a Certified Scrum Master - Candidates Local To The Columbia, SC Area to join our team in Columbia, South Carolina (US-SC), United States (US). Job Responsibilities Include: Familiar with Scrum, Kanban and other Agile development methods Facilitate team events - daily scrums, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives Lead, and work alongside, teams of developers, Product Owners, QA staff May lead multiple Scrum teams. Guide, coach, motivate, and lead the team toward high performance and predictable results Evangelize Agile values and principles throughout the organization Encourage effective communications between team members and other teams. Identify and track risks, impediments, and issues affecting the team Remove or help remove impediments. Reporting and/or creation of Team performance and project metrics Basic Qualifications: Minimum 8 years of experience including the following: 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in the software development field 2+ years of experience using Jira and Confluence 1+ years of experience working with SharePoint 1+ years of experience working with MS Project 1+ years of experience working on data-centric projects (such as ETL) BS/BA degree or equivalent experience Scrum Master Certification Medicaid experience JIRA Administrator experience Experience in traditional waterfall project/hybrid methodologies 3 Days/Week Onsite At Client Site Required Preferred Skills : Excellent spelling, grammar, punctuation, proofreading and editing skills with high degree of accuracy Excellent communication skills - the ability to understand and articulate complex technical and process concepts Fast learner and eager to learn Team player Excellent communication skills Experience and creativity to succeed when presented with challenges Strong analytical and problem-solving skills About NTT DATA NTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
